For any covered invoice, our team will help you collect payment on past due invoices.

This includes sending demand letters, communicating on social, using phone / snail mail where appropriate, and escalating collections that require additional tactics.

Do I need to use your software or payment platform?

No. We can help creators and freelancers who use any online tools, payment platforms, or no tools at all.

You always maintain control of how clients actually pay you.

Will it hurt my relationship with the client or agency?

No, we maintain a professional standard of communication at all times.

In fact, by removing yourself from the headache of having to pester your client contacts for payment, you can preserve a stronger personal relationship with your contacts.

Can you help me if I am located outside the US?

What if I don't have a written contract? Can you still help me?

It’s always best to have a written contract, but we have been able to help many creators and freelancers collect based on agreements made via e-mail, DM, or verbally.

Can you help me with my Dupay credit card?

If you are looking for assistance with a credit card (Dupay, Depay, Dupay One, Dupay Pro), you are at the wrong website. Our company is not related to Dupay One / Depay Tech Co., and do not issue or service any type of credit cards or cryptocurrency cards.
